Crafty your no kidding,still able to park in the square shop owner's will be up in arm's if they weren't allowed to, they have to put collapsible bollard's down at the entrances to fix the bugger's out what do you think.

The council have to put down colapsible bollard's down at the entrance to stop vehicles from entering after 11 am into the precinct the posts type of thing that fold over or drop down into the ground to allow vehicles to enter and put them up to stop them entering lol

Not in yet Basel im saying the council have to put them in at the entrances at the outer circle of the pedestrian precinct as an deterrent to stop them getting in but they are in elsewhere in the square ie entrance to the middle of the square 2 missing here as well lol but that's another post

The other week there i was in the square watching the Biggest Traffic Warden ive ever seen giving a ticket to one of the shop owners who parked out side of the studs in the top end of the square the lady in question was furious because she got an ticket the warden was having none of it and continued taking photos of the car in question it was great to see it on the other hand for a change i walked by smiling couldnt contain myself to watch cheered me up no end, served her right :lol :pa :al :smiley_dancingbanana: :smiley_dancingbanana: :smiley_dancingbanana:
