Has the recent deal created and country called Northern Ireland????

As it is the north part of the island of Ireland why not that way it would not allow nit picking trouble makers cause for complaint, however, why not let it be known as Ulster from where many have contributed in many ways to peace and industry around the word, and provided the most evil nation on earth with several Presidents. The best thing would be to be known as Ulster and join Europe and milk it for every Euro we can get similar to those sods down South.
