Treating Others:

This is a place for open and free discussion on a wide range of topics, and we ask that you respect each other by not deliberately bullying or harassing other members of the forum.

Advertising

Please do not post blatent advertisements, or try to promote health products or links to websites selling products that haven't been endorsed by this website.

Quoting Other Sources & Copyright

You may quote other sources, providing that you name the source before and/or after the quote has been made, and link back to the relevant website if possible, but not a direct link ie, www.etc unless they have been approved by myself or the moderator in which forum you what to post the link in (if the forum has no moderator assume the moderator is me) via a pm :- there will be no exceptions to this rule and any links that are left WILL have their www. part removed, sorry but this is for your own safety as links could be to a virus or worse and the forum cannot be held responsible!.

Direct links to news sites are ok as long as they are linked the correct way ie cut and paste

We cannot allow the posting of any copyrighted material.

Please do not quote whole chapters, or upload ebooks, as that will be a direct voilation of that persons copyright, unless the author has waved his copyright and has allowed free distribution

If there is something in particular you would like to post, but your not sure if it's acceptable - please contact myself (basel) or a moderator who'll be able to approve or disapprove the material first. If there is no copyright attached to something, we'll probably be able to make an exception.
